Excerpt From Transcript of Donald Trump's '100 Days' Interview With TIME

TIME: You were harshly critical of what you called the weaponization of the Justice System under Biden. You recently signed memos—

TRUMP: Well, sure, but you wouldn't be—if this were Biden, well, first of all, he wouldn't do an interview because he was grossly incompetent.

TIME: We spoke to him last year, Mr. President.

TRUMP: Huh?

TIME: We spoke to him a year ago.

TRUMP: How did he do?

TIME: You can read the interview yourself.

TRUMP: Not too good. I did read the interview. He didn't do well. He didn't do well at all. He didn't do well at anything. And he cut that interview off to being a matter of minutes, and you weren't asking him questions like you're asking me.

TIME: Well, we appreciate that you are able and willing to answer these questions. It says something about you, Mr. President.

TRUMP: I am indeed. I've been answering them for years and I’ve been getting elected by bigger and bigger numbers all the time, but you didn't ask questions like this to Biden, because if you did, he would have crawled under this beautiful desk.

As with the case with your Holy Trinity and Holy Trinity adjacent, until I see or hear a verified recording, I'm doubtful, not because of Trump, but because of deranged TrumpHate.

Btw, what you imagine to be Biden's error is really the fault of the person who loaded the teleprompter. You don't put in anything that should not be read aloud.

When I used to direct radio and TV commercials, I would supply the voice-over announcers with written out text. I would italicize, bold or underline words I wanted emphasized. In one case, I was working with an older actor (who had some Hollywood experience) I gave him an extra-large script to make it easier for him to read. He expressed his appreciation.

When they had to read numbers, prices for example, I would never put in the their script numerals like "$25,998". It would spell it out as "twenty-five thousand, nine hundred ninety-eight dollars" or more likely "twenty-five nine ninety-eight!"

In Trump's case within one minute he went from saying Biden would never do a Time interview, to be surprised he did to asking how he did to claiming he read and knew details about Biden's interview finally to critiquing Biden's interview.

So did Trump forget he read Biden's interview? Was he lying when he said he read it? Clearly you cannot trust what he says.

    Herr Curt,

    You are the best!

As far as your criticism of Trump, have at it!

Your Holy Trinity is probably reporting that several books on the cover-up of "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap's" cognitive decline. In fact, Jake Tapper's is gunna be available in about 3 weeks.

It has been obvious for quite some time that Trump has dementia. Quite a serious case, too.

As you probably know, I've seen a lot of dementia. This doesn't look like any case of dementia I've seen

Interesting read. Trump was lucky Biden looked so bad in that debate because if it was Obama or Clinton or anyone who knew where they were that night - people would have been asking questions about Trump's cognitive decline instead of Biden's. Trump repeated the ridiculous Fox lie that people were eating people's cats and dog pets and doubled down on it when the moderator told him it was untrue.

It looks like dementia that I've seen. The person will insist on saying something which is untrue (they aren't lying, they just have the event wrong and logically so). Then when they are corrected, they quickly change their tune and their faulty memory to make it match reality.

That's what Trump did. We went from saying Biden didn't do a Time interview to Trump claiming he read the interview.

Maybe that's normal senility and not dementia. When a person is a compulsive liar like Trump, it's probably difficult to sort out his constant fabrications from reality.

Do you know how toothless your attacks on Trump are, based on your defense of Biden's mind!

Is there an ounce of shame in you, Curt?

After I've actually lived with dementia as my parents were in it, I don't see any parallel what's so ever. I think it's pretty obvious curt has never seen it or lived with it. Do they do strange shit? Yes, when egged to do so, in special cases for them to actually have some fun. No one actually knows what is going on in their heads. If curt (or anyone else) knows, please tell us! The victims of dementia are honestly the loved ones. Those who spend their loved one's waking hours trying to make them happy. However, that looks.

My point is that curt (et.al.) read something "online") and think they actually "know" what's it's like for that caregiving. That will never happen. Sorry curt, I'm calling you on your bullshit.

How are your loved ones taking it, OD? Are they having any more trouble than they did the part of your life previous to dementia setting in? Or has dementia always been an issue for you (and by extension... them)?

My 99-year old mom was diagnosed with dementia, which is now so severe, she doesn't remember that she has children (she has 4). I doubt that she even knows who she is. We started noticing signs about 5 years ago when she had trouble remembering who was related to who. With Mom, all of her symptoms have to do with her failing memory. For all intents and purposes, she's dead.

    Pythagoras,

My dad forgot my mom's name for the last two years of his life. Sad.
