Health care: 22% - read: Medicaid/Medicare.
Defense: 20% - we can argue how much they shrunk that number by leaving out things like veteran's affairs, black programs and our "security" apparatus.
and...
Social Security: 20% - which pays for itself and therefore would not affect the debt/deficit by cutting it.
That's 62% of the budget. Interest is another 6%
That's 68% of the budget taken up by TWO items we can cut - Health care and the military. The rest is nickels and dimes.
