Guess who actually got it? Yep - Ron "Mickey Mouse" DeSantis. He's now tied up in a real mess of a scandal for a money laundering scheme that basically took that medicaid refund cash he said was going back to (gullible) tax payers (like OD). Its a pretty convoluted scheme, but basically $10M went to some org run by First Lady Casey DeSantis (Ron's wife) called "Hope Florida" (which sounds way to innocuous to NOT be some kind of GOP money laundering operation) which split the money between two other innocuous sounding groups who then gave it to other groups which were connected to Ron DeSantis, his wife (who wants to be the next governor of Florida) and DeSantis' AG. Meanwhile, I will only offer this as proof positive this scandal is REAL, it's got legs and Ron might be looking at the end of his (and his wife's) political career(s)...

DeSantis says recent actions by representatives Alex Andrade and Michelle Salzman are a clear sign that Florida Republicans are trying to sabotage their own party. He says both of them are working against constituents to promote a liberal agenda in the Panhandle. 😂
Both Andrade and Salzman told WEAR News that Tuesday's press conference was a misguided political stunt.
DeSantis says the 3-1 super majority in the Florida House is "rotten," speaking to a crowd at Pensacola State College. He said top republicans are colluding with the left and the media to sabotage the great success of his tenure.

DeSantis didn't hold back, telling voters their delegates are trying to cripple their own party's efforts by joining forces with the other side.
"This just blows my mind," DeSantis said. "These guys in the Florida House are a cabal... colluding with liberal media and democratic party in Florida to try and manufacture smears."
Get that? Even the GOP is asking "Hey WTF is going on here, Ron?" and DeSantis is so deep in the mud his only answer is to pretend like the Rs are actually cowboying up with the eeeeeeeeeeevil liberal media and the eeeeeeeeeeevil Ds to ruin his "legacy" (using the term lightly).
