Trump's sacrilegious Bible scam. If people don't recognize Trump as a phony now, they never will.

Eight months after President Joe Biden's inauguration, his job approval rating has fallen six percentage points to 43%, the lowest of his presidency. For the first time, a majority, 53%, now disapproves of Biden's performance...

Except for Donald Trump, every U.S. president since Harry Truman has enjoyed a honeymoon period characterized by above-average approval ratings upon taking office. Biden's recent slides in approval put him in the company of Trump and Bill Clinton, whose ratings were at or below Biden's current 43% at some point in the first eight months of their presidencies. However, by September 1993, Clinton's approval ratings began to recover and averaged 50% that month. Thus, among elected presidents since World War II, only Trump has had a lower job approval rating than Biden does at a similar point in their presidencies...

Independents have shown the greatest variation in their opinions of how Biden is doing. Biden's current 37% approval rating among independents is his lowest to date and 24 points below his personal high of 61%. Two-thirds of Biden's slide among independents since he took office has occurred in the past three months.

There's nothing new here other than the reality that none of you Blue MAGA progressives can criticize this poll. This is effin Gallup!

It's not new but very significant that Gallup's summary of its poll points out the crazy degree to which indies have turned from Joe...and how quickly. 37% down from a whopping 61%!

Can you imagine that things could get uglier for Joe! Apart from Dems, it seems that Americans have concluded that Joe is exactly a "feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" who is "doolally."

I just want to point out that this is precisely what pb, during the campaign, was saying a Biden presidency would be.

Bingo, pb!

The Gallup poll is not very prestigious anymore. They haven't done a presidential election poll in decades because they have proven to be not very accurate.

Gallup has not performed any polls in many years that could be checked for accuracy by comparing it to actual election results.

No. A poll that tells the truth about Joe can't be prestigious.

The last presidential election Gallup poll was 012.

According to Wikipedia Gallup inaccurately projected a slim victory by Gerald Ford over Jimmy Carter.

For the 2008 U.S. presidential election, Gallup correctly predicted the winner, but was rated 17th out of 23 polling organizations in terms of the precision of its pre-election polls relative to the final results.

In 2012, Gallup's final election survey had Mitt Romney at 49% and Barack Obama at 48%, compared to the final election results showing Obama with 51.1% to Romney's 47.2%.

No doubt that Gallup wasn't doing presidential election polls well. That's why they stopped doing them...

...but, the results of this poll is very middle of the road and indisputable.

Of course, anyone can file any suit for any reason but such a suit defies the very essence of the American experience.

Right on up there in the First Amendment in our Bill of Rights is the protection of speech. As a people, we empower people to speak freely.

You're under the mistaken notion that our freedoms don't have limits.

  7. by HatetheSwamp on September 22, 2021 10:53 am

Certainly, even our most highly prized freedoms have limitations.

However, in this case, people who hope to limit the free expression of a fellow citizen start out at a distinct disadvantage.

Unvaccinated Bride Spent Wedding Day in Hospital on Ventilator Before Dying From COVID

...Wendell was found to have "dangerously low" levels of oxygen upon her admittance to a hospital and was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia shortly thereafter. By September 6, she was found to be negative for COVID and was allowed to see loved ones during normal visiting hours. Doctors were optimistic that she would make it.

However, on September 9, a CT scan showed that she had major scarring all over her lungs.

"And at that point, there was no chance of survival for her," Eskew said. She was taken off of the ventilator and passed away the following day. Her funeral was held on September 18.

Eskew admitted that he and his fiancée had not gotten vaccinated due to misinformation they had seen. Wendell in particular was hesitant after hearing false claims that the shots were causing women to become infertile.

"At one point in time, I believe it came from one of her friends, to be honest, it could have been something she saw on Facebook because it pops up everywhere on there, but it was about fertility loss," Eskew told Fox 11. "We wanted to have a family. That's why we were hesitant at first."

Infertility has emerged as one of the predominant false narratives surrounding the COVID-19 vaccines. Like most vaccine misinformation, it is believed to have initially spread on social media. COVID-19 itself appears to be more detrimental to pregnancy than any vaccines, as pregnant women have experienced an uptick in stillbirths due to the virus.
