Second lady Usha Vance will be part of a delegation traveling to Greenland this week, after President Donald Trump's repeated statements that the U.S. should own and control the semiautonomous Danish territory.

I predict that Mrs. Vance will get a less than warm welcome. I expect she will receive angry words yelled and on signs. My question is will the Trump administration blame this on Democrats and other outside agitators?

I was correct. Mrs. Vance, with her husband in tow, got NO WELCOME from Greenlanders because they went out of their way (literally by hundreds of miles) to avoid any contact with any Greenlanders. They went to Pituffik Space Force Base which is in the far northwestern corner of Greenland about 1000 miles from the "population centers" of the sparsely populated island.
