In South Africa no less. One of my best friends is South African. On a trip to his home country a few years ago he was stopped by a car that appeared to be an official park ranger's vehicle in a game preserve he was visiting with his family. The "rangers" held them all at gun point and relieved them of all their money and valuables. When I was in South Africa on business shortly after Nelson Mandela became president.
