Clearly, this is not something for the antiSwamp to celebrate.

What it is, though, is something for you Biden bros to be appalled by, pi$$ed off about and criticize.

Certainly, this sort of thing might have happened before Joe's stupidity in leaving Afghanistan but it's more likely now, and, with that "feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" who is "doolally" as Commander in Chief, it's likely to happen more and more.

I'm the one person active on SS now who opposed the withdrawal and is heartbroken over what's happening to Afghan women and girls, LGBTQs and SIV holders, and, for that matter, every victim in Afghanistan of the Taliban and Al Qaeda and ISIS.

I don't know of anyone who celebrates such a tragedy. This is another example of the horror of war, It's called "collateral damage".

Check out the numbers of Afghans killed over the past twenty years we've been fighting in Afghanistan.

It is ridiculous to blame Biden or any president for an individual drone strike gone awry. You can blame the presidents who initiated and continued a war that caused death and destruction to the apparent benefit of no one. Biden has guts to say "enough!"

If you are for prolonging a war "a little while longer, you are for killing innocent civilians.

Also people need to get real about drone strikes. They are more precise than bombs being dropped on suspected enemy targets but they are not perfect. It's not rralistic to expect no civilian deaths.

By comparison, in WWII about 20 million military personnel and 40 million civilians died. Many of whom died because of deliberate genocide, massacres, mass-bombings, disease, and starvation.

As I said opinions like yours are ridiculous. Civilians have been inadvertently killed and soldiers have been killed by "friendly fire" in every war since the dawn of time. We don't blame presidents for individual mishaps. Presidents are rightfully blamed for starting and prolonging wars. Biden had the courage to end a war.

It is extra ridiculous to say Trump would have done a better job in leaving Afghanistan. He was president for four years. Why didn't he leave Afghanistan when he had the chance?
