CNN's John Avlon says Donald Trump and his allies in right-wing media are attempting to project and deflect concerns raised by former Trump officials about his mental stability while in office by running a relentless campaign to raise similar questions about the President Joe Biden.
While it's Biden's enemies who suggest Biden is in mental decline, it's the people closest to Trump, people who Trump himself appointed, who have been warning about Trump's mental and psychological problems.
Avlon also answers those who complain that media and others are still talking about the twice impeached president. The reason is that Trump is the presumptive front-runner for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024.
