I laugh every time I hear that because we already are an oligarchy, which will become an even more powerful oligarchy under Trump 2.0. We kept hearing before the election that the #1 issue for Americans was the economy, specifically high cost of goods and services. Trump's answer? Expand tariffs, which would certainly make that problem worse. Now people are acting like the problem has been solved. I don't get it.
