Again, we're not in 2030. still no full-time employment stats to speak of. Those are the facts from DOL. So whatever they're telling you is a fabrication or should be in future tense. I agree, there has be one? maybe two chip manufacturing plants. and one solar panel company that started under that. Promise high, deliver minimally.
pedojoe & company invested in dead technology. EVs that no one wants (ask the big Three automakers) is a main issue. Whether it's a good idea or not. You don't produce something that won't sell. It'll put people out of work.
Will the need/desire be workable in the future? Yes. But there are issues with them right now. They're far more expensive to buy, and more expensive to maintain. And a feature I need having an EV is a plug-in at my house. Which wouldn't be too bad ($500- $1500USD), except in many parts of the states with brownouts and blackouts during storms. So the California folks are stuck at home during wildfires. That IS an issue. And your electric bill skyrockets when it is working. If you're talking solar, you're talking about $30-$50+ to have that installed. That may be a good "investment" but unlike you, many people can't sink that cash into a system like that. Maybe the Hollywood elitist prigs can, but they don't care about anyone anyway.
Solar farms I'll agree with for sure. Not for everyone, but for the areas that can use them, they're a Godsend. There are small towns on the eastern plains of CO that are self-sufficient because of them. And honestly, nothing else grows there (it's original Oklahoma Land Rush Land that no one could farm). That is something that people can use now. They don't have to wait 10 years to see the results. Some of these towns have two or three solar farms on them because of the demand. Welcome to Capitalism. AND you get what you want. Winwinwin.

"Promise high, deliver minimally" should be tRump's middle name. Remember when he went to the Indiana company to prevent them from moving to Mexico? Then immediately after the factory got their free marketing from Rumpco they moved to Mexico anyway. Fox watchers think they're still in Indiana.
