I may have predicted a 270-268 Kammy victory but I got one thing right, i.e., social progressives will be a millstone around the neck of Dems.

Now, the GOP has the White House, the Senate, the House and the Supreme freakin friggin EFFINCourt!

A chart from the public opinion research firm Blueprint that has been making its way around social media in recent days shows that, after inflation and immigration, the most important issue for voters was “cultural issues,” which included “transgender issues.” When you narrow the sample down to just swing voters who ended up backing Trump, the cultural/trans issues moved into the number one spot.

Overall, Blueprint found the top reasons voters gave for not supporting Harris were that “inflation was too high,” “too many immigrants crossed the border,” and she was “too focused on cultural issues rather than helping the middle class.” The concerns were consistent across demographic groups, including black and Latino voters.

While both of those groups chose inflation as their top concern, swing voters who broke for Trump identified “cultural issues like transgender issues” as their cheif concern. Blueprint defined the so-called “swing voters” as those who were undecided, or changed their voting preference since 2020, or were independent and have voted for both parties, or held unfavorable views of both Trump and Harris.

Well then it's a good thing you, Odorous and the rest of the useless MAGAts out there voted for Trump so he can give another ridiculous tax cut to billionaires that will be paid for by the middle class.

I think there's a lot packed into this.

    1. The schools and not telling parents what they have a right to know.

    2. Title IV- This is going to get worse before it gets better.

    3. Males "saying" they're trans to gain access to women's locker rooms and restrooms. This is the slippery slope of #1. The worst part of this are the schools that don't do anything to the male after a rape (Louden and Fairfax county districts). For those supporting the trans movement, YOU should be screaming the loudest about these a**holes. It's being used against you in the most horrible ways. The parents of the women being raped have taken that on spot, and the rapist is being supported by the district generally by not pressing charges, and not even reporting it to law enforcement, the parents, or the schools that get the a**hole when the district moves the kid.

    4. Making the federal government the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow by paying for the transitions of military and convicts. It's that "endless money" the feds can just use taxes and people they'll never know the difference. This was one of kammy's (and pedojoe for the military) things that kammy ran on.

Dems thought that the suburban women vote was in the bag, but Morning Joe says that the Trump campaign aired that "Kamala is for they/them" ad 30,000 times.

Clearly many women care more about their living daughters than killing the unborn. So, we're now saying, "President-elect Donald Trump."

Social progressivism will hurt Dems more than social conservatism ever hurt the GOP.

Nothing hurts the Ds and helps the Rs more than racists like you and OD voting orange.

Clearly many women care more about their living daughters than killing the unborn.

And safety was another big deal. Especially in minority populations. Even when the FBI admitted the numbers put out earlier were 30% worse than reported, the libs didn't believe it. They were so ingrained in the LIE that was put out they couldn't get it out of their "minds."

And whatever the stats were, the largest group buying guns legally were blacks with families. “Today’s gun buyer is shattering tired and worn-out stereotypes of who owns a gun,” Oliva said in an email. “Today’s gun owner is younger, includes more women, more minorities and doesn’t just look like the rest of America. They are America.”

What's even better is the women being educated on gun use. This is important because University of Pittsburgh did a study with Pittsburg PD that said that less than 20% of killings were done by legal gun owners. Where 80% were done by illegally obtained guns. So the facts are pretty clear.
People feel threatened enough to buy a gun legally and learn how to use it.

The ignorance of the average voter never ceases to amaze. Inflation is down to within target levels and is not too high. It is back to the level that a Capitalist economy needs to thrive. And legal or illegal is not pertinent with guns. It is guns that kill no matter how obtained. Naturally, most homicides will be with illegal guns: it needs no study to confirm that but so what? Guns are available and they will be got by bad actors.

Also, there are twice as many gun suicides as homicides and they are in the great majority legally obtained.

Does it not register that of all the guns in private hands in the world, fully half are in the USA? The existence of easy gun ownership is the problem as the experience of nearly all Western democracies shows. Only America in that group has this carnage.

So Also, there are twice as many gun suicides as homicides and they are in the great majority legally obtained.
Cite? because when I cited it included that. And don't you have a "assisted death" (read suicide) approval in CA that you support? The fact I think it's overused is immaterial. The fact is that you're using a different scale.

Shit in the pot. Or not. period. You want to do "assisted suicide?" then it's okay to commit suicide. If not, we'll include that in the Canadian stats. Either way I don't really give a fuck.

And your telling me the "unsmart" guns are still smart enough to buy their own ammo. Load themselves. Charge themselves. And shoot what they want? Is that really what you want to tell me? You know you're just making yourself look foolish...

My guns don't have that capacity. Apparently, I bought stoopid guns, (dammet!). I have about a dozen. My guns are inanimate objects. They don't have a brain (although they need to aim better). They don't have "feelings" or "issues." I've had guns since I was 19. I have never shot anyone (outside of the military, with an issued weapon, protecting someone else's, or my life) with any of these guns in that time. I practice with these guns every day. Sometimes for a couple of minutes, sometimes with a few hundred rounds between my wife and me.

So if yours are different! Let me know! Buying a gun that will buy it's own ammo is worth gold! I will lock it up though (without ammo, because it'll load itself). Just think the fun I can have shooting against my own gun for beers!

Seriously, you need to tell me to stop if you think this is foolish.

Does it not register that of all the guns in private hands in the world, fully half are in the USA?

What do you say about thefts of guns? Or bought out of country? Or the cartels that did buy sniper weapons from the obomber crime family? Or the guns the cartel use that are bought on international markets, that they have? Including Rocket Propelled Grenades (RPG), or individually operated anti-tank rockets are any of these registered?

  9. by meagain on November 13, 2024 9:12 am

I don't say anything about those because they are nonsense. Guns are manufactured and sold in the USA with no meaningful restrictions on who and for what purpose they are acquired.

The number of guns is what I said and it is the proliferation that makes the easy acquisition possible, legally or not.
