Actually, your prediction was more in line with the indicators. And I know the Trumpsters vote don't reply to polls. I have the google app on my phone to screen calls. If I don't recognize it, I let them tell me who it is, and what they want. Political stuff never gets answered.

I do agree with you that one of the thing that scares parents is not only the teaching of what the dims are saying, but the idea that parents don't have a "right" to know what the kids are doing in the schools has been shown to be illegal over and over again. And the districts are still including that provision in the districts' policies. There's got to be really big money to keep that in the courts to knock down one by one.

I think "GAG" is a great message from the LGBTQ+ community. As I look(ed) at the grooming in the schools, much of it is more pedophilia. Which has little to nothing to do with the LGBTQ+ community other than the availability of the groomers to operate with impunity. Obviously in the older students, this has been going on forever. It's providing the groomers the opportunity to keep things from the parents.

Title IX is another thing I think is going to die bitterly by those who want it. What has hurt them is the violence against the conservative spokespersons. That hatred and violence has been going around the conservative media for awhile. All that has done is to make the conservative position more solidified.

I think the abortion issue is another issue the dims really hung their hat on. I voted against the FL amendment. Why? because there is no limit on the timing. I also don't like FL law, which is too restrictive. So I'm caught in a conundrum. I also don't think the FL abortion law is well written. There are lots of legal nuances that are poorly written. I'm not sure if those were put in as "gotcha" phrases, or what. There is a lot of confusion about the law as it stands. The law needs to be fixed.
