Kimmel says in his opening remarks to his viewers to please share (presumably as a YouTube link) this monologue with your friends and family who might vote for Trump.
I've said it before, no employer would put up with an employee who failed to deliver like Trump does. As an example, Kimmel shows the number of times over the years that Trump promised to present a much better health care plan in a few weeks. He finally said in the debate "I have a concept of plan".
Of course no employer would hire Trump once they became aware of his criminal and civil court record.
