Of course Trump doesn't know me, but he did call two elected representatives I support "enemies from within", so by extension, I, too, must be one of Trump's enemies from within.

Trump even went so far as to suggest that Liz Cheney be tried in a military tribunal.

Should I, Ponderer, Curt, islander, and Indy be concerned about that if Trump, heaven forbid, is elected?

    Donna,
Speaking with Jake Tapper on CNN this morning, JD Vance insisted that Donald Trump’s “the enemy within” are Americans he described as “far-left lunatics”.

If HtS and OD haven't called us “far-left lunatics” they have used very similar tools.

  2. by Indy! on October 27, 2024 12:01 pm

Capitalism has failed. So anyone with a brain is "the enemy within".

  3. by oldedude on October 27, 2024 12:56 pm
If HtS and OD haven't called us “far-left lunatics” they have used very similar tools.

That's pretty much the pot calling the kettle beige. After unceremoniously being called most everything in the book (without cause by po & indy for different reasons), I'm just really tired of it and really don't care to watch my mouth so to speak. It doesn't pay me to, and I gain very little if anything by trying to be nice especially to those two (well maybe four if you include isle & me). I do understand donna getting snippy with me this morning. I got it. No fault, no foul.

indy, po, and isle refuse to move off their platform and will not listen to anything. meagain doesn't matter in this case. At times, depending on what the conversation was before, I'm about 50:50 on you and donna. None of you will admit the illegal crap that's been going on since obomber by DOJ is worth looking at, even though they've plead guilty to falsifying evidence, lying to the FISC, obtaining warrants to violate chain of evidence, and illegally restrict citizens' rights and due process. These are things they've admitted to. And you still don't believe them.

That's my piece. If you want to overthrow the constitution? Fine. When your revolution happens, see you there.

Of course Trump doesn't know me, but he did call two elected representatives I support "enemies from within", so by extension, I, too, must be one of Trump's enemies from within.

You ought to live in our world, where parents who give a shit what their children are learning in school, ARE ALREADY CONSIDERED ENEMIES OF THE STATE. Politicians not in agreement with the obomber and pedojoe, (and now kammy and her kuck) administrations have been telling us that for almost two decades. And we are being actively pursued by the federal government. I've only mentioned this, oh, I dunno, a couple of dozen times. Honestly with the abuses DOJ IS GUILTY OF ALREADY, who says they can't turn the tables? Forgive me if I don't really feel bad for you. The exception is that the cunt lizzy, doesn't stop at calling politicians "domestic terrorists," "enemies of the state," or whatever the fuck she wants to. she, po, indy, isle, cliton, obomber, kammy, and a bunch of others that have used that language for a very long time, and have stated they also mean their supporters.
    Welcome to the club!

There, you just proved my point! Thank you so VERY, VERY much for that!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  6. by Donna on October 27, 2024 1:59 pm

    You're right, Curt.

Trump also called Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff "enemies from within", which JD Vance tried desperately to run away from in that interview.

  7. by Donna on October 27, 2024 2:17 pm

The difference, of course, is that we have a presidential candidate calling Americans like myself "enemies from within". Neither Nancy Pelosi nor Adam Schiff are calling any Republicans or MAGAs "enemies", nor have they threatened any Republican or MAGA with a military tribunal as Trump has done.

What's particularly disturbing about Trump making those accusations now is that, due to the Republican/MAGA Supremes unconcionable ruling that the president now has blanket immunity for any act that's a presential function, if Trump is *shudders* elected, he could order the assassination of anyone he deems an enemy of America with the right-wing Supremes' blessings and get away with it.

There are no parents in the United States who are considered "Enemies of the State".

You are being an asinine, hyperbolic, bullshit-spewing imbecile, od.

And you've never done or said anything that doesn't prove this point of fact.

Whistleblowers: FBI probed parents under counterterrorism ‘threat tag’ for protesting school boards
The FBI used “threat tags” created by the bureau’s counterterrorism division to launch dozens of investigations into parents who had protested at school board meetings, whistleblowers disclosed.

The probes targeted parents who were reported on a new Justice Department “snitch line.”

The FBI investigations included a father opposed to mask mandates and a mother deemed a threat for “owning guns” and belonging to a group called “Moms for Liberty.”

A.G. Merrick Garland Tells FBI To Investigate Parents Who Yell at School Officials About Critical Race Theory
Taking note of a supposed "spike" in harassment and intimidating behavior directed at public school officials, Attorney General Merrick Garland has instructed the FBI to be on the lookout for angry parents demanding accountability at school board meetings.

On Monday, Garland sent a memo to the federal law enforcement agency directing it to coordinate with the nation's 14,000 school districts. This action comes after the Biden administration received a plea from the National School Boards Association (NSBA) to protect schools from the "imminent threat" of parents sending "threatening letters and cyberbullying" school officials. The association considers such activities to be akin to "domestic terrorism."

Whistleblowers: The FBI has labeled dozens of investigations into parents with a threat tag created by the FBI's Counterterrorism Division
    May 11, 2022 Press Release
Today, Ranking Member Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland revealing new whistleblower information that shows the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has labeled at least dozens of investigations into parents with a threat tag created by the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division to assess and track investigations related to school boards. In one such instance, for example, the FBI investigated whether a mom was a threat to her local school board because she belonged to a “right wing mom’s group” known as “Moms for Liberty” and because she “is a gun owner.” The allegation came into the FBI via the hotline publicized last fall by Attorney General Garland. These investigations into concerned parents are the direct result of, and would not have occurred but for, Attorney General Garland's directive to federal law enforcement to target these categories of people.

The FBI Checked the Wrong Box and a Woman Ended Up on the Terrorism Watch List For Years
    by ProPublica Dec. 15, 2015, 6 a.m. EST

As the Senate debated a proposal earlier this month that would have barred gun sales to people on the government’s terrorism watch lists, Republicans decried the lists as unfair, unreliable and un-American. “There’s no due process or any way to get your name removed from it in a timely fashion,” Sen. Marco Rubio told CNN. “This is not a list you can be certain of,” Jeb Bush said. Mike Huckabee asserted that some people end up on the no-fly list due to “suspicion, not necessarily even so much as probable cause.”

Rahinah Ibrahim, a Malaysian architect with a doctorate from Stanford, knows from personal experience that they have a compelling point. Ibrahim is the only person since 9/11 to file a court challenge that ultimately removed her name from the watch lists. It took her almost a decade to prevail in court and even that victory has proved phyrrhic. While a federal judge agreed that her inclusion on the no-fly list was groundless, she remains unable to obtain a visa that would allow her to visit the United States even to attend academic conferences. A close look at her case by ProPublica provides dramatic evidence of what was argued this month in Washington: It is indeed remarkably easy to get on the list and nearly impossible to get off.

Your "world" is no different from the world the rest of us Americans live in. You really believe that parents from your world are the only parents who give a shit about what their children are learning in school?

They're the parents that demand to know what is happening in the schools (see above #10).
And I do believe that parents that don't care what their children are called and don't care if their children are being groomed are not on the terrorist watch list. That was done specifically by Garland. Period. Not the parents that don't care if there are secrets in schools. And I do believe that if a parent doesn't want the right to know what is going on in their child's school, doesn't give a shit about their welfare.

To me, this is nothing less than the Nazis arresting parents and kids for the children raising questions about the Nazi regime.

    My argument stands. Period.

  12. by Donna on October 27, 2024 2:59 pm

"One woman phoned in a complaint claiming a mother was a threat because she told the local school board “we are coming for you,” owned guns, and belonged to a “right-wing mom’s group.” The FBI interviewed the accused mother, who told agents she was upset about the mask mandate and wanted the school board to know they would be voted out of office."

If that woman said "we are coming for you" and I was a member of "you", I'd be petrified and I would call on law enforcement to pay her a visit too.

"To me, this is nothing less than the Nazis arresting parents and kids for the children raising questions about the Nazi regime." - olde dude

    Which parents were arrested?

  14. by oldedude on October 27, 2024 3:07 pm
So you're in agreement with skipping due process (remember that?) and illegally and without an investigation and charges, restricting her rights.

If so, you ARE A FASCIST AND ENEMY OF THE STATE.

That's exactly what I would say to your wife then. It's the same version as you both (et.al.) saying that trumpster should have been shot, or maybe someone should take another shot.

If you're that afraid of your own shadow, I truly feel sorry for you.

  15. by Donna on October 27, 2024 3:15 pm

I'm not afraid of a shadow. What I would be afraid of, though, is someone who told me "we are coming for you", and I would expect law enforcement to pay that person a visit. There would be nothing illegal or improper about that.

  16. by oldedude on October 28, 2024 1:13 am
Agreed. The issue is that when your "rights" are all of a sudden changed (which they never have been) then you would bitch. If so, please provide the dates (roughly) of when these rights were legally disapproved or where your "status" were changed without your approval. My guess, is that you were transgenerded within compliance of the government. Done. I'm not saying it's easy, or that it was great, and that's what you chose.

You're not being a part of a "lessor than" person" by the government. You have full rights as a citizen. That's very different than many other countries.

  17. by oldedude on October 28, 2024 2:03 am
I'm not afraid of a shadow. What I would be afraid of, though, is someone who told me "we are coming for you", and I would expect law enforcement to pay that person a visit. There would be nothing illegal or improper about that.

And all of a sudden, you couldn't get a plane or bus ticket. Or move without prior "authorization?" because you're "you." Your name is run and all of a sudden you can't get on a bus, train, or rent a car? Or if you're stopped by a State Patrolman for a couple of hours, and told to go back home because you're not "authorized" to "travel." And the three times you're stopped, they don't say shit. They just stop you, check your ID and you wait for an hour or two? And make sure you're going home.

  18. by oldedude on October 28, 2024 2:08 am
And you can't do anything about that... regardless of what you say.

  19. by oldedude on October 28, 2024 2:11 am
I'm not afraid of a shadow. What I would be afraid of, though, is someone who told me "we are coming for you", and I would expect law enforcement to pay that person a visit. There would be nothing illegal or improper about that.

What's happening now, is that big brother has come for us, just like they did for the Jews in Warsaw, Krakov, Treblinka and other cities and Nazi hiding areas.

  20. by oldedude on October 28, 2024 2:19 am
This is happening to politicians that "disagree" with "those in power." Think about that....

You and your wife are traveling. All of a sudden she can't get a pass to Phoenix. Why? because... she can't. so you think it's bullshit and keep going. You get arrested on the road in some unknown by order of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. You're put in different cells. she gets abused. That's okay? because they're trying to "teach her to be straight?" Are you fucking kidding me? and you.

  21. by Donna on October 28, 2024 8:28 am

My wife and I don't share your paranoia, but we are concerned about what fascist America would mean for people like us.

It's what happens when you're on the terrorist watch list. So kissoff.

You don't care about the constitution. At all. You'd prefer if it didn't exist. Except if you want someone who disagrees with you to be shot.

Calling on trumpster to stop his rhetoric is just fucking laughable after how the dims have lied about him, and actually called for their minions to attack conservatives. And lets not forget who does the shootings (in which very few people die) because the sheep don't understand how to load their own guns🤣😂. That's just too funny! There was Steve Scalise though. That one was bad, and with a POS gun to boot. And don't forget about the assassination attempt on the Chief Justice.

And then of course there's the burnie bros planning to put conservatives in cattle cars to send them to "re-education" camps. This is way too close to extermination of the Jews by the Nazis in WWII. And we were told "it wasn't what the really meant" and just forget about what they said. Just get over it is what I was told by donna. Yeah, sure. And then her and po get their panties in a wad when people talk about their total and complete hatred of the US and it's Constitution, which they have been shitting on for over a decade now. And kindasorta indirectly maybe takes something someone said as a sorta kinda, maybe threat that isn't enough to even worry the cops about. And she has the unmitigated gall to think that's a "threat."

And then there's a guy that kammy's cuckhold put in a position to teach our kids. He said in videos😂🤣 that he wants to overthrow the US! Yes folks, the Vice President hopeful put this dikead in charge of curriculum for the state of MN's kids! WTF? Indiana Republican Rep. Jim Banks is demanding an investigation be opened into a Minnesota professor who was appointed to a working group examining "ethnic studies" within Gov. Tim Walz’s Minnesota Department of Education, excoriating the professor’s previous comments that the U.S. be "overthrown" because it is "irreversibly racist." "[Brian Lozenski] has clearly explained, publicly and on video, that he supports the deconstruction and overthrow of the United States because our nation is irredeemably racist and evil.

I'm sorry, I should have fucking ask to use a metaphor.

But that is a good point. NONE. As I described to your wife... What does happen is that all your travel and movement is watched. US Marshalls will follow you in airports and on the aircraft, and your license plates are registered for the millions of cameras in the US. You start getting pulled over "for a safety check" and detained so they can run a dog around your car. Regardless if a dog hits on your car, they use the terrorist act to do a "warrantless search" of any of your property. On top of all of this, the government has the right to do a warrantless search of your house, bank accounts, safe deposit boxes, phones, etc. The PC is the fact you're on the terrorist watch list. AND you're considered "armed and dangerous" until you prove otherwise. So that means you get proned out as they enter.

Last thing. The threat. Like I said, that issue should be reported and investigated by the police, or DOJ. I don't know if that happened. And that would be the correct protocol. Again when heads of the agencies are complete dikeads that hate the constitution, they'll lie about everything as I have discussed a couple of dozen times before.

  31. by meagain on October 29, 2024 11:22 am
I think you may be exaggerating the prospect of a warrantless search, od. It is not that easy to do.

"In general, most warrantless searches of private premises are prohibited under the Fourth Amendment, unless a specific exception applies. For instance, a warrantless search may be lawful, if an officer has asked and is given consent to search; if the search is incident to a lawful arrest; if there is probable cause to search, and there is exigent circumstance calling for the warrantless search.

Exigent circumstances exist in situations where a situation where people are in imminent danger, where evidence faces imminent destruction, or prior to a suspect's imminent escape."

You must have missed the FISA episodes.

  33. by oldedude on October 29, 2024 12:51 pm
No I didn't. Garland didn't go through FISA or FISC. Try to keep up. I've only cited it a couple of dozen times. It was through a memo. So he bypassed the FISA so they had "full non-accountability" of the act. Unfortunately for him, a whistleblower got a copy of it and it's on the web.

Read #10 above. I broke it down to third grade, you might be able to read it.

Good lord. First off, OD can't go more than 1 post without calling me a name. Secondly, if you think no one besides me is blaming you MAGAts for Trump - you obviously have not been on Twitter. Trump is an asshole, a shit stain on the American experience and a low rent con man... he would be a non-issue in this world if not for YOU and your racist, MAGAt buddies voting for skin color over the ability to run a country.

    YOU are the problem, Trumper.

  36. by oldedude on October 30, 2024 12:05 am
And that's all taken into consideration when voting (talking about trumpster). AND I've made my point very clear. What the sheep have are "whatabouts." with trumpster. Then, "he hurt my 'feelings'" BS. We've been targets of the Executive branch and Justice dept for about 16 years.

I have discussed these actual crimes under the obomber/cliton and pedojoe administrations. The DOJ/IN were still under the hand of obomber/cliton during trumpster's administration and through the pedojoe/kammy era. This will not stop with kammy and her cuck. Again, you've been either complicit or agreeing and encouraging the illegal acts. That's the point.

DOJ/IN got caught (although IN made sure their fingerprints weren't on it) with FISA/FISC. So DOJ got caught several times. No one was ever charged. They were all able to retire with full benefits. Including the Lawyer that changed the wording in the warrant to give it to the court (to lie about it) and then changed it back when he got the warrant signed. He was disbarred, but he retired.
