The phone call, which Reuters published in an excerpted form, has Biden telling Ghani, in effect, that he needs to lie.
Face it, po and Donna and Curt, many will be saying that, if Trump could be impeached...and he was...over his phone call, and if there's justice, the President of the United States being recorded telling the President of Afghanistan that he needs to say things that are not true?, that's impeachable.
But, the Dem political hacks won't impeach Joe over this at least, not yet.
The scary thing about this for Joe is that the a transcript of the call...and a RECORDING...ended up in the hands of the good people of Reuters...
...that means someone inside the Biden administration leaked it. That's deadly.
My sense of Biden supporters, based on the people who participate in The SELECTSMART Post, is that they are fine with Joe as long as they can shield themselves from the truth about Joe, but some of them, I suspect, couldn't hold on if reality became unavoidable.
So, here's the danger. The only way a transcript and, the AUDIO of the conversation, is that someone, apparently high up in the administration has begun to blow the whistle.
Here's Reuters' explanation of how it got the material:
Reuters reviewed a transcript of the presidential phone call and has listened to the audio to authenticate the conversation. The materials were provided on condition of anonymity by a source who was not authorized to distribute it.
Someone has begun to tell the truth about Joe.
Here's the lie part of the article:
In the call, Biden offered aid if Ghani could publicly project he had a plan to control the spiraling situation in Afghanistan. “We will continue to provide close air support, if we know what the plan is,” Biden said. Days before the call, the U.S. carried out air strikes to support Afghan security forces, a move the Taliban said was in violation of the Doha peace agreement.
