If this is a "ballot" like you say, it's now no good. Who does it have as the dims? A "ballot" lists all those eligible that are running and you vote directly from that form.

Florida is a Closed Primary Election State
That means that only the voters who are registered members of political parties may vote for respective party candidates or nominees for an office in a primary election unless a Universal Primary Contest* occurs. You can change your party affiliation by submitting an updated Voter Registration Application at any time. Party changes must be made 29 days before a Primary Election in order to be valid for that election. What is a General Election?
A General Election is held in November of every even-numbered year. During a General Election, all registered voters may vote for any candidate or question on the ballot.
