I think that the string-pullers may have overdone it with the modafinil... and,...

I do wonder if the juiced-up, nasty version of Joe will win over moderate and independent common sense voters, but, we'll see.

Most just completed the ballots that happened to have Biden's name on it. It is only the voters in the first handful of primary states that have any say in who the nominee is.
