but somehow Medicare only covers 80% of our medical bills and we're told that Medicare For All is too expensive.

Apparently Americans need to hire lobbyists to promote their interests.

Wait a minute! Aren't our elected leaders in Congress supposed to be our lobbyists?

HtS is on a kick claiming that we progressives don't care about the Afghan women because we're happy that Biden is withdrawing (although we all can criticize the execution of the withdrawal). HtS would have had Biden escalate the war in Afghanistan and remain there ad infinitum, because of the Afghan women.

How many American women have died in the past 20 years due to expensive medical care?

pb would not have had Joe escalate the war. And, he'd have an adequate military presence remain in Afghanistan to keep the Taliban, Al Qaeda, ISIS and other fringe jihadist groups in check. Certainly, a side benefit would be that women and girls in Afghanistan would have freedoms.

I do get a charge out of following you Blue MAGAs take Trump's side. It must make your skin crawl.

Hts- You seem to be oblivious to what happened during the 19 years that preceded Trump's 2/29/20 treaty with the Taliban. The situation in Afghanistan was only relatively calm after the signing of that treaty, which I suppose is what gave you the impression that maintaining a small force there like the one we had there until a few months ago would continue to keep the peace and protect the freedoms of women living there. That simply hasn't been the case throughout most of the 20-year occupation.
