All of us bring our preferences and prejudices to every moment of our lives.
On SS, only pb and OD succeed in setting their preferences and prejudices aside in an attempt to be objective and rational. For, pb, on these matters the Goobers and Kelly's podcast are his most useful sources.
Just to note: The "Fourth Goober," po, once was predicting that attempts to keep Trump off of the ballot would succeed. pb not only got it right, he, essentially, wrote the Court's opinion. po couldn't imagine the Supreme Court taking the Trump immunity claim. po was wrong. pb get that'ne right.
So,...
... if you want to get the down low on the Trump trial, do what someone who seeks truth does. Watch the video. Set that playback at 1.5 and it won't take long.
Dershowitz and Mark Geragos... and Kelly nail it.
1. Merchan was a prosecutor in a black robe.
2. The defense did a terrible job in its closing.
3. The case should never have been brought.
4. If there's no verdict by Friday afternoon, count on a hung jury.
But, see for yourself... if you seek truth.
