Federal Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday rejected special counsel Jack Smith’s request for a gag order against Donald Trump in the classified documents case, saying that prosecutors’ request was “wholly lacking in substance and professional courtesy.”

From the beginning, I've been of the opinion that Jack Smith is nuthin more than a political hack... and, he appears to be just that. But, more and more, it's becoming apparent that he is incompetent.
He's created problems for himself in managing the documents in question. Now, he's not getting his gag order because he made the request improperly.
