Being honest? Five years ago I was a conservative.
Covid changed me.
Or, more accurately, the many extreme SwampDem attacks on First Amendment liberties changed me. I'm a geezer. For me to change on so profound a matter of ideology at my age is extremely unusual.
But, there it is.
I won't describe myself as a libertarian. I'm a Republican. The Republican Party is the home of openness and inclusion, acceptance, diversity, tolerance and freethinking.
These days, I'm a very libertarian-ish GOP.
T'other day, that "dithering and diminished" "feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" was in my own state of Pennsylvania... and he asked me to join him in choosing freedom...
... "OVER DEMOCRACY."
Bold, no doubt.
But, gang, I think that I am just about there.
The US ain't a democracy. It's a republic. This is a nation "of the people, by the people and for the people" according to Abraham Lincoln.
But, Lincoln be d@nged!
I think that l may be with Joe Biden, a truly great President. Asufutimaehaehfutbw, man!!!!!
