pb's predicted that the Court will reject Trump 9-0. But, pb's Legal Goober #1 has given him reason to rethink.
On his own YouTube page, he makes the point in more detail but in this video with Hannity... who po claims is just as smart as Rachel... #1 makes the point that the Appeals Court decisions may have been too bonkers in rejecting Trump to affirm Jack Smith.
So, I take it back.
But,...
Will the Court side with Trump and force Smith to drop the J6 charges?
pb, based on his Legal Goobers, says no. But, who knows? If it overturns the Appeals Court, it won't be 9-0.
