People who say they are voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are probably low-information voters.

Remember when Trump blamed Hillary for enabling Bill’s infidelity? Now read Stormy’s testimony.

WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump will appear in federal court in Washington on Jan. 9, when his lawyers will argue that he is immune from prosecution on charges that he illegally tried to overturn the 2020 election, according to three people familiar with his plans.

I predict the appeals court and the Supreme Court will rule against Trump.

    In DC?

A snowball in hell'd have a better chance.

    Ditto.

If the DC appeals court sides with Trump, you both guessed wrong. if Trump loses, it will automatically go to the Supreme Court. That is the court that matters.

I still think the same thing. He'll be denied. WTF? Why give an answer on a circuit court when it's going to SCOTUS regardless of any ruling? I don't even keep tabs on the circuit courts. Not worth my time.

Nuthin is automatic. Extremely likely though.

Both sides have a lot to lose, AND if they are trying to bankrupt trumpster, that would make sense.

You flaming hypocrites make me nauseous. "DUE PROCESS!!! DUE PROCESS!!!!! DUE PROCESS!!!!!" is all we have been hearing from you robotic clowns.

But when due process is observed, it's got to be biased towards your desires and requirements or it doesn't count. It isn't really fair. It's obviously biased. "Oh he'll never get a fair trial there!" As if only red districts of states are capable of producing fair and honest jurors if a Republican is in the defendant's seat. No wonder you have so little respect for the justice system of this country and its Constitution when it suits you.

And you flaming insurrectionist-defending hypocritical assholes wonder why I call you flaming insurrectionist-defending hypocritical assholes.

And besides that, from Hate's answer and od's dittoing of it, it seems as though they both apparently believe that a former president (or at least orange Republican ones) should be immune from any prosecution for crimes he may have committed whikle in office. That a finding that he isn't immune would be an obviously biased travesty of justice or something. They believe that Trump should get away with all the crimes he has committed.

Watch. They won't even deny it...
