    Yes, I understand your post and absolutely agree with you. So you're point is well taken. I think she showed more of the signs because she was nervous. And yeah... sometimes you just have to kick back and smile a bit.

    Lead, I don't think po has it, unless she only posts when she's having an episode. It's pretty constant here.

    On a slightly more serious note.
    That said I also appreciate CC bringing this to light. These things are horrible for the folks that have it. I went to school with a girl/woman that had Tourette’s. Everyone knew it (it was fairly obvious) and she sang, which is much better than the influencer.

    BACKGROUND: One of my sons (the one that got shot a lot) has kids that have hidden issues also. One is high functioning autistic. The other is dyslexic. The VA is interested in both of them, but won't treat either one of them without a few years of the same BS that veterans go through. The theory is many of the veterans that dealt with the issues and are now checked with double the chance of cancers, DNA/ chromosome issues of course will leave that in their children. There was no warning about this, even though it was a warning in GULF I from the military (not the VA).

    We do know of an influencer in Tampa that is dyslexic and is earning her Girl Scout Silver and Gold Badge by helping children who have it. Her information is also great for parents and others that need to find out more about the issue. See below for her story.

    The autistic kid. We have learned so much about the platinum rule with him. He's a Kinesthetic handful on a powder keg. And now, when I see the T shirt/ license plate, or the "tells" I am much better at working with the kid.

    I've also learned that when someone (from toddler to adult) is wearing hearing protection, there's a reason for it. They're not strange. It's just how they can relate to the world around them.
