And, gang, Nancy Mace, like pb, is, by ideology, a moderate. She ain't MTG. She's not far, at all, to the right of her GOP Senate colleagues Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski. She's from a reddish purple district and represents it accurately... but she's on the House Oversight Committee. She knows what the GOPs know but have yet to make public... and, she knows it's uuuuuuuuuuuugly.
Her statement in the video is, essentially, the equivalent of a prosecutor's opening statement in a criminal trial, i.e., a description of the evidence that the state will present without presenting the evidence itself. The GOPs will need to put out, of course, but, unlike "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap," so far, she ain't been caught in a lie.
BTW, over the years, pb's watched him more than his share of C-SPAN. Until this, pb's never never heard a member of either house utter the word, "bull$#!t" in session. Good ol Nance! She's a trailblazer... but, time'll tell. I'm sure, her expletive will prove to be accurate.
Note the exchange between Mace and my Legal Goober #2 beginning at 4:35. It, itself, being brief, would be the basis of a perfect political ad for the GOP candidate to be running about one year from right now.
Eh?
