It's 100% honest and accurate because it's Kelly's description of her journey from contented politically correct user of trans people's preferred pronouns to fierce warrior against all things trans.
It's entirely honest and accurate because it's her personal account of her own subjectivity. Her personal truth which has, excuse the intentional pun, radically transitioned.
I link to it because, it seems to me, Kelly's a perfect barometer. She speaks for tens of millions of conservative straight people. She does it more poignantly and powerfully, in my opinion, than Jaimee Michell speaks for the LGB groups and activists who are, suddenly, vicious in their opposition to Pride Month and all things TQ.
I'm not anti-TQ. But, I despise every little thing about woke thinking.
Megyn Kelly's story of transition into fierce opponent to the 'trans lobby' is the story of many, me included. She's been all over the Bud Light debacle and the Target mess. She can't let the Lia Thomas ridiculousness drop...
...and, she speaks for millions in this moment.
I don't pick up hate in her speech. She's filled with passion but you trans people and trans-philes need to understand that the passion ain't hate. It's anger. And, the anger's growing.
Because of what Megyn Kelly represents, this Pride Month will be a doozy but, with the growing anger, wait until next year...
