    Hmm. She fears for her life in the US so she decides that the land of slippery high rise balconies and accidental poisonings would be a safe place to live.

    (Yahoo News)Tara Reade, a former Senate aide who accused President Joe Biden of sexual assault, announced Tuesday she defected to Russia.

    The shocking confession was made during a Russian state press conference, where Reade was sitting next to alleged Kremlin spy—and pal—Maria Butina. Reade told the pro-Putin press the "very difficult" decision to move came after the realization that she no longer feels safe in Biden's America.

    "I'm still kind of in a daze a bit but I feel very good," Reade told Sputnik. "I feel very surrounded by protection and safety. And I just really so appreciate Maria [Butina] and everyone who's been giving me that at a time when it's been very difficult to know if I'm safe or not."


    It was just a couple of months ago that Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) planned to bring Tara Reade in for an interview after Gaetz announced the panel's chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) had given the green light.

    It's like crossing a mafioso. You've got to look constantly over your shoulder. I doubt she has the resources to negate the threat. Poison might be preferred.

    Is that how people who really fear for their lives from mafioso (or that criminal mastermind Joe Biden) act: go on Russian state TV to announce their whereabouts?

    Reade is a known liar and perjurer (she pretended to be an expert witness in court trials) and is accused of being a scam artist by her victims.

    Reade becomes best buds with a Russian spy. During the election Tara Reade's accusations in the #Metoo era might have been the most damaging attack against Biden's campaign.

    Does anybody else smell the odor of Russian collusion?

    I'm not saying she's sane and not a liar or anything else. I think this is a story I would look at the headline and say, "WTF is this chick, and why am I wasting my time reading this?

    A few weeks ago, on her podcast, Megyn Kelly riffed on how Tara Reade compares to other #metoo accusers. According to Kelly, Reade's only problem is that she accused a man whom the progressive SwampMedia needs to pursue its agenda. I believe both Reade and Kelly.

    The Good Germans here have never dented Reade's claims.

    Tara Reade has significant credibility problems. See the linked articles below. Her lawyer, a conservative Republican and Trump supporter, dropped her as a client after two weeks. just two weeks after taking her on as a client. The lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor, has been a leading plaintiff’s attorney of the #MeToo era.

    Reade has said she could not remember the exact place or date of the alleged incident. She has been caught in a plethora of lies including under oath testimony. She parrots Kremlin talking points. But she is the supposed victim you choose to believe.

    Didn't you say with trumpster's trial, that we were supposed to believe her even though she forgot the year since you and isle agreed that was not a big deal?

    Talk about hypocrisy. I guess you mind changes on every legal issue depending on who the victim is and if you believe the same things as you do.

    And my guess is that she'll regret this after a year. The KGB will take what they want, and throw her away. But then again, it's what she wants. I don't really understand the big deal with this. Let her go. I'm confused why this would even be a post from the left. I would have thought it would be welcome news for them. But all it seems to be (yet again) is curt attacking her. I dunno, not really on my radar.

    Not remembering the time of an event is one thing. Not remembering the place is another. I've mentioned before I once saw a pedestrian hit by a car. It was more than 50 years ago when I was in high school. I don't remember the date or year but I still have an indelible mental image of the accident and the exact place it happened.

    I think our brains are more like cameras than stop watches. Especially for traumatic events. I wouldn't dismiss Reade's claim if not remembering the date was the only thing lacking in her accusation. Without belaboring the point, Tara Reade has a credibility problem. She is George Santos-ish. Defecting to Russia with fanfare doesn't help.

    This is still an issue with both left and right sheep. Again, make all the excuses, reasons, and justifications you want. I saw an aircraft crash. The mental photos of that are extremely clear. Exact date? notsomuch, Time of year, very clear taken from the mental photo. I was able to look it up from archives and confirm I was there for the VA from looking at that mental picture of the crash.

    AND, she may have made the fanfare to not be blocked/ killed by the IC (killing is doubtful, but she may be worried about being "Chappaquiddick'd."

    I also don't understand why this is such a big deal? Is she wanted for something? Is she escaping from the law? Is she a spy? It seems to me she's hated by the left. In her mind, that might be reason enough.
