I absolutely looooove this explanation of the bill, in the words of the Amendment's creator:
"A board of trustees shall not adopt a policy that limits the access of a pupil because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ancestry, familial status or sex, to school facilities or activities."
Baha baha.
So, I can claim my First Amendment right to the free exercise of religion to enter the ladies', lean up against the wall and watch. You progressive SwampDems are da bomb!
(BTW, I found this because the gay Guy Curt never heard of retweeted this. That there LGBTQ coalition is crumbling.)
