Trump wanted to deter the police. Recently Trump has been getting an education in civics, especially the limits on government and office holders.-- CA

(WaPo)Former president Donald Trump can be held liable in court for the actions of the mob that overtook the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the Justice Department said Thursday.

“Speaking to the public on matters of public concern is a traditional function of the Presidency, and the outer perimeter of the President’s Office includes a vast realm of such speech,” attorneys for the Justice Department’s Civil Division wrote. “But that traditional function is one of public communication. It does not include incitement of imminent private violence.”

Who has read "The World According To Garp"?

The titular character's father is a severely brain damaged soldier who is only left with his sexual response to stimuli (which begats Garp). His utterances are increasingly short fragments of words and sounds.

    He mindless repeats:
    garp garp garp garp
    garp garp garp garp
    garp garp garp garp...garp

Who does he remind you of?

To be sung twice while washing hands, to the tune of Row, Row, Row Your Boat:

    Trump Trump Trump is bad.
    Nasty things Trump did.
    Carefully, carefully will we watch.
    Nuthin will be hid.

Ok, so what? I can sue McDonalds for their coffee being too hot.

  5. by Curt_Anderson on March 2, 2023 2:59 pm
Yes, OD, you can sue McDonalds, especially if you receive third-degree burns over 16 percent of your body, necessitating hospitalization for eight days, whirlpool treatment for debridement of your wounds, skin grafting, scarring, and disability for more than two years. You will also need to be willing to engage in a risky, long and costly legal battle.

We can all be glad, for the sake of the police, that Trump is not protected by his sham shield of supposed immunity.

Karma? Trump Stiffed Local Cops. Now It’s Coming Back to Bite Him.
Months or even years later, the Trump campaign still hasn't paid some local police departments (including Sioux City, Iowa; Warren, Michigan; Lorain County, Ohio and over two dozen other municipalities) for the overtime pay they earned after working his rallies.

seems to me she should maybe have known when she got "hot coffee" that she spilled...jussayin... just seems like a quick way to make some money. So you're saying she got plastic surgery for her crotch? Must have been a lot of folks looking at it.
