Trump is very angry that Murdoch testified truthfully--which implicated his own on-air employees. Trump probably wanted Murdoch to do what Trump does in similar situations: plead the Fifth.
Notice too that Trump mixed up his idioms. He meant to say "under the bus" but instead said "under the table" which is one of his usual business practices. Besides that Trump included debunked nonsense in his post.
