1. We live is a hugely red precinct. The poll workers said that the turn out has been extremely heavy.
2. pb noted in a previous thread that Fetterman has an advantage because the Pennsylvania GOP gubernatorial candidate is very weak and that those "low information" voters are more inclined not to split their ballot. It turns out that the Senate race is at the top of the ballot. In theory, then, people who knew the Oz name may end up stumbling in to a GOP vote for governor. Probably nuthin.
3. I love this one!!!!! The arrogance of the Dems was on display. The local Dems had an information booth outside the polling place with photos of the Dem candidates underneath a bold heading. The heading wasn't anything like, VOTE DEMOCRAT. It was VOTE FOR DEMOCRACY. Bahahahahahahahahahaha. (You all should YouTube the GUTFELD monolog last night, hilariously lampooning the sanctimony of Dems closing the campaign on an argument that GOPs want to destroy our Constitution and end Democracy, when people care more about grocery and gas prices than they have in 40 years. What a HOOT! What ARROGANCE!)
4. It was a small ballot. In our precinct there were only three contested races.
5. There's always a touch of dread in GOP areas when the possibility of our votes may be neutralized by Dem cheating in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. There's already colluding between election officials and Dem party activists in Philadelphia, though probably not something illegal. Still, pb did his part.
