Just when you thought we were at the top of inflation... winter is coming.

"As the government has been focused on crude oil and gasoline, diesel gas supplies have drastically fallen to dangerously low levels.
With diesel prices going up, it will cost more to transport consumer goods, which means that inflation won’t taper off anytime soon."

So we have less than a month of distilled oil in the reserves, worse than it was in 2008, and the worst it's been since 1982. This is especially of concern in the southeast for diesel, and the Northeast for heating oil. If pedojoe wanted to hurt the middle and lower class, this was the way to do it. But that's what you get with you don't have a clue about foreign policy. It's obvious the Sauds want pedojoe to fail. Which is all fair when you call the heads of state names repeatedly in public and then double down.
A Northeastern U.S. energy supplier executive told Fox News on Thursday a top reason for the impending diesel fuel and distillate shortage is the left's "demonization of fossil fuels" and policies that have restricted production.

The United States is set to run out of its supply of diesel fuel in less than a month, according to the Energy Information Administration, as at least seven states are at "code red alert" levels in stockpile, Fox News' Tucker Carlson reported.

The nation cannot function without a sufficient supply of diesel fuel, as commerce – particularly trucking and non-electrified railroad lines – depend on it.
