I don't have a Wall Street Journal account so I didn't read the article.

I suspect that this round will be going after the smaller fish. The bigger fish and the biggest fish will come later. But it will happen soon because retiring Cyrus Vance Jr is about to leave office.

That is the traditional way prosecutors go after crime families.
