Seriously, Joe, whisper.
The whispering thing is definitely creepy but when you speak out loud, you create problems for your administration and for all the poor schlubs who support you in Congress.
Joe nearly scuttled the deal his people and GOPs worked out on infrastructure by threatening not to sign it unless that legislation was presented to him "in tandem" with other items on the Swampcult progressive wish list.
Reading between the lines, apparently White House staffers hit the phones, essentially saying,
"C'mon man, gimme a break! You know Joe. He has no idea what he's saying and, in the end, he'll do what we tell him to do. Everybody knows that!"
And, apparently, the GOPs do know that because the chaos Joe created seems to have been ameliorated.
The Biden administration has been more amusing than the best of the Pink Panther movies.
