by Curt Anderson on June 23, 2021 10:14 am I was asked to register to read past the first paragraph. I didn't. But I thought Dan Bongingo (or a similar sounding name) was Rush's replacement. Despite Rush's odious politics and faults, he was an experienced radio broadcaster. I hope they didn't just look for somebody with similar opinions as his replacement. by HatetheSwamp on June 23, 2021 10:48 am Limbaugh was on 600+ stations and was syndicated by Premier Networks. Premier brought on Travis and Saxton. T & S are on all of the stations Premier owns. I believe that T & S are on about 400 stations. Interestingly, I'm equidistant from Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Both cities have 50,000 watt AM stations and both carried Rush. The Harrisburg station carries T & S. The Philadelphia station hired their own guy, Mike Opelka, to do a local show. I've listened to both stations this week. Actually, I think Opelka does a better job. (And, the Philadelphia station, WPHT, does a great job exposing the corruption of the Democratic party there. I passed on, on the old forum, some what it exposed about the Clouseau cheating in the recent election. That station does some decent journalism.) Anyway, across the nation, several alternatives to Limbaugh have arisen. I wasn't aware of the Dan Bongino show. I know that Dana Bash is on several stations. Go To Top
