Hate,
Your state really doesn't have a voter ID requirement that Republicans, and I believe you, want. But if you are OK with a current utility bill, current bank statement or current paycheck then we are agreement on voter ID requirements.
Approved forms identification include:
Pennsylvania driver’s license or PennDOT ID card
ID issued by any Commonwealth agency
ID issued by the U.S. Government
U.S. passport
U.S. Armed Forces ID
Student ID
Employee ID
If you do not have a photo ID, you can use a non-photo identification that includes your name and address.
Confirmation issued by the County Voter Registration Office
Non-photo ID issued by the Commonwealth
Non-photo ID issued by the U.S. Government
Firearm permit
Current utility bill
Current bank statement
Current paycheck
Government check

As I've said multiple times. If you don't have an ID (and you're a citizen), it is illegal to: open or have a bank account, get a job, draw unemployment, have a SNAP card, buy a car from a dealer, or buy a gun (two IDs).
