This stinks.

The Florida federal magistrate judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort donated to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign — months after he left the local US Attorney’s office to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who had received immunity in the long-running sex-trafficking investigation of the financier.

Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice. That November, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees — including, by Reinhart’s own admission to the outlet, Epstein’s pilots; his scheduler, Sarah Kellen; and Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once reportedly described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

According to the Herald, which cited court documents, Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day.

Reinhart was later named in a civil lawsuit by two of Epstein’s victims that accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides in the middle of the Epstein investigation, suggesting he had spilled inside information about the probe to build favor with the notorious defendant, the Herald reported in 2018.

The Swamp is filthy.

Of course, because any other judge would have kicked it out. But that makes this a the more fun. I'm really looking forward to the lawsuits when this falls on it's face.

Oh for the love of god, olde dude. You don't even have any idea whatsoever what the evidence they were seeking even was. How can you be so pathetically lame? You don't know what was presented to the judges. As usual, you have no idea what the hell you are blathering incoherently about.

As usual, you believe that your asininely baseless assumptions are all that are needed to establish reality.

What I'd love to see is how the Blue Ultra-MAGAs would go bonkers if a MAGA would show up at this judge's house with a gun and knife, hoping to do an assassination.

HtS, you mean if somebody showed up at this judge's house with a gun and knife then reported himself to 911 so the police would haul him to jail. Yeah, that would be something!

My guess is that Mornin Joe, Joy Reid, Don Lemon, et.al. would have a few things to say about those insane MAGAs. Ain't?

The warrant is regarding the handling of Presidential documents. My main issue is that he had been working with the National Archives regarding these documents for about nine months and had turned over 12 boxes of documents to them as they requested. IF that's what they named in the warrant and found anything else except for what was on the warrant, there would be a lawsuit for all the information and to suppress all the other items. My guess is that Trumps lawyers will be in court tomorrow to get a copy of the subpoena for the warrant. That may or may not happen. There is also the question about his working with the National Archies and why didn't the National Archives just subpoena the information? My guess is that we'll see the Warrant in the next few days.

Incoherently? Did you actually go to an accredited public school?
