Of course it was Trump's inactions that were his dereliction of duty. That's a military crime that probably does not apply to a commander-in-chief. Although it will resonate in the court of public opinion, especially among military veterans. --CA

(The Hill)Former President Trump’s actions during the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection constituted a “dereliction of duty” that endangered American democracy, a group of seven retired four-star generals and admirals said in a New York Times op-ed Thursday.

“When a mob attacked the Capitol, the commander in chief failed to act to restore order and even encouraged the rioters,” the former military leaders, who served Democratic and Republican presidents, wrote.

    Yeah.

That's what Sean Hannity and pb said at the time the riot was happening.

    Trump is a narcissistic SOB.

Still, I think that the most afflicted of our TDSers here agree that po's enthusiastic, confident declaration that Trump lead an insurrection has been abandoned...forgotten by the most strident of you...

...but, not pb, you silly Trumpaphobes!

I caught the end of Clay and Buck today. The word going around, maybe MSNBC and the HuffPo isn't reporting it. The Delaware Grand Jury has finished the Hunter Biden mess.

Now, the BIDEN administration’s Department of Justice is, at the same time, going to be making decisions about what to do with Trump AND Hunter.

Bahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahaha hoohoohoohoohoohoohoo heeheeheeheeheeheehee hahahahahahahahaha hoohoohoohoohoohoohoo heeheeheeheeheeheehee hoohoohoohoohoohoohoo heeheeheeheeheeheehee hahahahahahahahaha, ahhhhhhhhhhh.

Maybe MSNBC isn't reporting that the "Delaware Grand Jury has finished the Hunter Biden mess" because it is not true. Show me any legitimate news that is reporting that.

As for the topic at hand, it's no coincidence that two military veterans, Elaine Luria and Adam Kinzinger, will be the main presenters and questioners today.

Federal investigation of Hunter Biden reaches critical juncture, sources say

Just saying. Clay and Buck. Took over for Rush!

Yeah, "critical juncture", not finished with anything. In fact CNN doesn't say anything about any grand jury. IOW, it's nothing like what you posted according to Bray and Cluck.

It's time you start following the actual news beyond MSNBC and the HuffPo.

Are you admitting that you really don't know that a Grand Jury has been investigating Hunter for years!!!!?

C'mon Jack. Read the polls! Here's a mundane article from a few months ago.

Hunter Biden grand jury witness was asked who is the ‘big guy’ in Chinese deal

A witness who testified before the Hunter Biden grand jury was asked to identify the “big guy” in the first son’s planned deal with a Chinese energy conglomerate — as calls ramped up to have President Biden included in a conspiracy probe.

Understanding that you are in denial about the Biden alleged, how do you actually avoid knowing the broad facts of the story?

    Incredible!

    HtS,
I am saying that you are a spreader of misinformation as usual. No news source is reporting what you posted, namely, "The Delaware Grand Jury has finished the Hunter Biden mess." If I am wrong, show me an article that reports that.

I am aware of a federal grand jury looking into Hunter Biden's affairs. But there are no reports they are "finished".

    Lots articles on this.

The federal investigation into Hunter Biden has reached a critical stage, where the current grand jury hasb been disbanded...

After witnessing the actions of Trump on Jan 6, no one with any integrity can say that the generals were not "spot on" !!!

On Jan 6 we saw a blatant, willful, dereliction of duty of the very worst kind by a United States president...
