I placed this under religion because it is the religion of Liberalism world order. A couple of strict adherents has decided not to post for awhile. But you are a part and parcel to the George Soros Quagmire in what America they have really made. I think it is completely sickening.

Hamilton Heights bodega worker charged with murder after stabbing man who attacked him behind counter

So the perp's "girlfriend" "babysmama" "slut" "whatever" started this confrontation when her card didn't work and she pulled a knife on the worker. "boyfriend" "babydada" "gangster" returned and dragged the worker twice his age and threw him in the chair, cursing and abusing him (with a weapon). He then pulled him up, and threatened to kill him. The worker, feeling that he must do something then, picked up a knife, stabbed him and killed him.

There were no aggressive moves by the worker prior to this.

Azzhole had just been let out of jail for a violent crime. It didn't take long for him to re-offend.

Worker was arrested for 2 degree murder and held for $250,000 bond. Asshole that was going to murder him? Freed in less than 20 minutes, and without bail.

There is actually a bodega/ Tienda business in NYC. Who did they call? Not the NYPD. The fukking NRA lawyers to run their very clear case of self defense.

This is an abomination of the US legal system. Welcome to your George Soros POS legal system, you members of the Liberal World Order.

    I understand your kneejerk reaction by automatically blaming the left. Notice that the mayor, a liberal Democrat, is defending the bodega clerk's right of self-defense.

    I think that, more than anything else, OD is objecting to the fact that the, now, victim, was a repeat criminal and that the guy who, clearly, was defending himself, was charged with second degree murder. I've seen the video of the stabbing.

    That the DA, who is as lenient with gangbangers, et.al., as George Gascon, brought any charge at all is horrifying. Then, murder!!!!!? What's that? Racism? Classism?

    And, that I'm not aware that anyone on the left, save Mayor Adams, is affronted. You included.

    Shame on you all!
    I think that OD is bang on. This is not knee-jerk, as you so condescendingly suggest. It's a comment rooted in years of experience, since before y'all smirked at the 2020 Antifa and BLM "mostly peaceful protests."

    I'm sorry. This is not kneejerk. I've talked about this before in liberal cities. For years I've said that if someone was being raped by the edge of a knife in Southern CA, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Chicago, NYC, Philly, DC, etcetcetc, you get the idea, I would NEVER step in to save them. If I did anything to hurt the perp, I would be charged. And now, the guy that rapes and murders is out before the ink dries on the report. In these cities, you have no "right of self defense." These are the cities the LEFT is responsible for. Those cities that hired the Soros puppets as their DAs.

    I think the most interesting thing is the bodega association in NYC, went to the NRA for help. It shows who people trust. Is it the government of these cities? Absolutely not. Welcome to the NRA (and several other groups) that will take on these fascist Liberal World Order "people."

    I wonder how much discretion police have in charging or not charging somebody with murder in case that appears to be self-defense. Especially of the suspect admits "I stabbed him". I suspect that victim's criminal history is not legally relevant. I don't know the answer to my own question.

    Ask your son, but this isn't a police issue. Certainly, the police needed to take the bodega worker into custody.

    The problem here is with the District Attorney's office which has been horrifically lenient in charging crimes and, frequently not requesting bail.

    This is a travesty!
