Joe's net approval is now -17.6, the lowest ever in the history of presidential polling...by far!

*****

On a related note, Nate Silver, the brain of 538, appeared briefly on ABC's, THIS WEEK, this past Sunday. He said that the most likely outcome of 022 Senate elections is that the GOP will come away with a 51-49 majority.

    HtS,
I suppose you keep updating us on Biden's poll numbers to make Democrats react. You have more than once asked if we regret voting for Biden. I have absolutely no regrets. Biden did America and the world a favor by defeating Trump. All patriotic Americans should be grateful.

Back on August 23, 2020 at my birthday party, somebody opined that Biden wasn't their first choice to be the Democratic presidential nominee. All of us, including me, agreed Biden wasn't our top choice. I then said, "Joe Biden is not the best candidate, but he's the right candidate". Everybody there agreed with me.

However, as Biden is approaching 80 and he is unfairly being blamed for inflation, high food and gas prices, etc. (which is higher in all or most other places in the industrialized world) it would be best if bows out. I am not alone in hoping he retires.

Other than Biden, past Democratic presidents tended to be little known two years prior to their elections. I suspect that the Democratic Party nominee for president will be somebody who is not part of Biden's administration including Biden himself.

" Biden did America and the world a favor by defeating Trump. All patriotic Americans should be grateful."

I should be grateful that our country is on the brink of failing.
There is no logistical system left in the US. Gas and diesel have been at an all time high, after Trump made us self sufficient in oil and LNG. He created such divisiveness in our country the people hate each other more than under Trump. Daily now, people are just randomly murdering people on the street and the liberals are letting them walk before the paperwork is done. Just this weekend in large cities, 85 were murdered, and 145 were wounded. And nothing is done. Congress hasn't done crap. The dims won't help us out. And pedojoe doesn't care. His "reasonable gun laws" for the most part violate our constitution. And he and his "butties" claim we have to suspend the constitution to take care of the problem. Maduro did the same thing. His people are eating out of trash cans now. They have to go to the triangle to get life saving drugs. Has pedojoe done anything about the US and prescription drug costs? No. What he does do for drugs in the US, is to let thousands of pounds of fentanyl across the border to murder more US citizens.

No one with any sanity whatsoever would think this was anything less than an epic failure. His dementia is apparent, which his handlers want. They want to control him. And his vice? she's just as bad.

"...Biden is approaching 80 and he is unfairly being blamed for inflation, high food and gas prices, etc...."

He's being blamed for the baby formula shortage and the tampon shortage and the mess with canceled airline flights. Of course, you think that's ludicrous.

I got this from a Fox article:

Americans are far more concerned with inflation and gas prices than they are about abortion issues, according to a Tuesday poll from Monmouth University...

Monmouth pollsters asked respondents to reveal the biggest issue facing their family right now. 33% said inflation; 15% said gas prices; 9% said the economy; 6% said everyday bills and groceries, and 5% said abortion.

Three of the days the poll was taken, the Dobbs decision had been released.

I remember you, Curt, saying that people don't like having rights taken away. You predicted that the Dems would benefit from the Supreme Court’s decision not to recognize a woman's right to bodily autonomy. And, pb agreed with that part of your analysis...a rare thing.

    5 effin %, Curt.

The Flatulent Fool had 55 days from the leaking of the Dobbs opinion until the publication of the decision.

The Doddering Old Fart was as prepared to make political hay out of the political atomic bomb it could have been as he was to ameliorate the shortage of baby formula and tampons.

    Nuthin.

Joe Biden is, precisely, "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" Cathy McCollum said he was.

He could have riled the troops and called a new generation of women to join in the struggle for women's equality.

    5%!

Why? Because all President Clouseau has done about the decision has been to make a few cantankerous, "for God's sake, get off my lawn" statements about it!

Who's to blame that the polls don't reflect a developing avalanche of voter rage over Dobbs?

The same guy who's not to blame for anything else, eh?

You don't regret Joe's election? Good for you.

I'll make a prediction. In the end, GOPs will be happier that the Former Truck Driver was elected than the Dems.

    From CNN, Curt:

Top Democrats complain the President isn't acting with -- or perhaps is even capable of -- the urgency the moment demands.

"Rudderless, aimless and hopeless" is how one member of Congress described the White House.

Two dozen leading Democratic politicians and operatives, as well as several within the West Wing, tell CNN they feel this goes deeper than questions of ideology and posture. Instead, they say, it gets to questions of basic management.

Baby formula. Tampons. Women's body autonomy.
