Contrary to previously posted comments, it does NOT look like Hillary is in a whole heap of trouble.

(NY Times) WASHINGTON — Michael Sussmann, a prominent cybersecurity lawyer with ties to Democrats, was acquitted on Tuesday of a felony charge that he lied to the F.B.I. about having no client in 2016 when he shared a tip about possible connections between Donald J. Trump and Russia.

The verdict was a blow to the special counsel, John H. Durham, who was appointed by the Trump administration three years ago to scour the Trump-Russia investigation for any wrongdoing.

One CNN legal analyst said that prosecutors in such circumstances have 95% conviction rate. So that Sussmann was acquitted is a "rebuke" of Durham and his case. In the SelectSmart.com link below I asked HtS, "I know it's fool's errand to try elicit an honest response from you, but I'll try a second time: What crime do you think Hillary committed in giving a reporter a story about Trump that she wasn't totally confident about?" The New York Times in the article below reported, "Mr. Durham and his trial team used court filings and trial testimony to detail how Mr. Sussmann, while working for a Democratic-linked law firm and logging his time to the Clinton campaign, had been trying to get reporters to write about the Alfa Bank suspicions.
