I usually moan about Joe's cognitive decline. I don't think that's in play here.

I found myself smirking. You gotta love Joe's chuckle.

This is classic Joe Biden...a reminder of how little Joe brought to the table back in the day.

    Trump is unique in as much as he is both reviled and ridiculous. Late night comedians routinely run actual clips of Trump's inanities. He is often beyond parody.
