Following the Doddering Old Fool's State of the Union Address, Curt and I discussed what kind of bump from the speech.
There was one poll, as I recall, that showed a little positive belch for Joe, NPR I think. So, I suggested that Curt and I check in with each other on April 1st. I asserted that the Flatulent Fool would be at least minus 10 on 538.
