President Joe Biden once again referred to a printed cheat sheet sheet as he doubled down on his unscripted weekend claim that Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power.”

On Monday Biden, 79, told reporters he made “no apologies” for his remarks — made off the cuff and not part of his prepared speech in a nationally televised address from Poland Saturday — and did not view it as a provocation to Russia.

“It’s more an aspiration than anything. He shouldn’t be in power. There’s no — I mean, people like this shouldn’t be ruling countries, but they do. The fact is they do, but it doesn’t mean I can’t express my outrage about it.”

His comments closely aligned with notes printed on a small piece of paper that he was photographed holding in his left hand as he spoke...

Check the article. There's a clear as a bell picture of the Doddering old Fool holding on to his cheat sheet...which he read virtually word for word.

It's 25th Amendment time, gang!

    HtS,
You were just complaining that Biden went off script now you're complaining that he referred to notes while speaking. So which is it: should Biden get up on stage and only speak extemporaneously or should he only read from prepared text?

Interestingly, one of the best things a Trump speech is that he often goes off script.

And, because he still has a brain...as defective as it is...it works.

In Joe's case, that dangerous ad lib, and the need to be given notes prove that his brain, such as it was, is shot.

Really, you think Trump is an eloquent orator? Seriously? Go the Twitter link below and watch the video. Trump frequently flubs a line reading off the teleprompter (that's understandable and relatable), but then he preposterously acts like he meant to say that by adding an "and".

For example, in a speech to retirees (I believe) he said, "They sacrifice every day for the furniture...and future of their children."

I absolutely do not think that Trump is an eloquent orator.

What he is is his pure gruff, bullying, narcissist self, totally unadorned and transparent, which is why he's a hero among people who hate the Swamp.

You go bonkers over Trump's honesty in a lib, biased, fact check way, but the essence of his appeal is his crude, self-serving offer of his unadulterated self to voters. No one in my lifetime does self in the way Trump does.

    He's a phenomenon.
