As always, I issue the advisory that Joe is NEVER on time. My theory is that it takes more time than his caretakers realize to keep a clean diaper on him.
I'm guessing that his speech will begin after 12:00 eastern time.
No doubt, the smoke filled room puppeteers are on the phone with congressional Dems to assess how much actual leadership Zelensky provided so Joe's remarks can be fashioned in such a way as to make it appear that our President isn't pathetic in the way he's following other world leaders and our own legislative branch.
I, of course, have been watching Fox mostly but also MSNBC. On Fox, GOP Congress members are on board for everything Zelensky asked for except a no fly zone.
On MSNBC, Dems have been so cute in attempting to betray the Roaring Bear from Delaware as a genuine leader who's doing a good job on Ukraine...but also suggesting that providing more assistance to Ukraine that will benefit its military is appropriate.
I can't wait to watch the old fart slur his way through his speech.
