Trump has since deleted the tweet. This is why Joe Biden can run a low profile campaign and take a ten point lead in the polls. Biden could run this Trump tweet and add "I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message".
There is no good explanation for this. Either Trump posted it intentionally because he is appealing to racists or he did it unintentionally because he is too lazy and careless to check what he is posting. Is too much to expect the president to be circumspect? Plus how insecure is Trump that he is compelled to tweet clips of random people who are pro-Trump?
