Who do we know that exhibits this early sign of Alzheimer's?

Repetition.
People with Alzheimer's will repeat a word or phrase ad nauseam, for example "I despise Trump. I think he's despicable." Or "Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump..."
I don't say this with any hatred or animus but merely as a compassionate observer.
To be clear, I'm not talking about a musician or an actor or anybody else in front of an audience who might repeat a performance using the same lyrics or words. I'm talking about people who in a normal conversation repeat themselves to an alarming degree.
