I am not aware of the committee charging anybody with crimes or referring anybody to the DOJ to be charged. It's funny how you and people like you who claim the insurrection was a mostly peaceful protest, don't want any of it investigated. You can count on the phrase "legitimate political discourse" being hung on the GOP by Democrats on talk shows and in other public appearances and in their campaign attack ads.
