Biden now minus 12 on RCP...again

Because of the new Reuters/IPSOS poll where the Flatulent Fool had been plus 2. Now minus 6.
BTW, the new Reuters poll heavily polled Dems and Joe's still under water.
In the poll, Biden did very poorly with Independents.
And, most concernedly for Congressional Dems, the two issues most prominent in people's minds are the economy and health, i.e., Covid.
To understand this in perspective. The former 18 wheeler driver was once plus 20. He's fallen more than 30 points in less than a year!!!!
