Work through any issues you are having with ShutterShare

My software is not pulling photos.	Is the watch folder set to the correct format? Pics folder for individual photos, strip logo folder for a strip logo format	Is the internet connection set for a home or work connection? To verify, go to control panel, network and sharing center

My Android device only says 'connecting to server'	Is the internet connection set for a home or work connection? To verify, go to control panel, network and sharing center	Is the Windows Firewall turned off on the computer? To verify, go to control panel and then windows firewall	Are there any third party antivirus programs installed? You will need to uninstall or completely turn off.

I can't get to my settings screen.	Make sure you are on a main screen. Return to the main screen if on a sharing or filtering screen.	Try holding f1 for around 3 seconds
